Symbiosis Law School Pune Admission

Symbiosis Law School, one of India’s leading law schools was established in June 1977 at Pune. The institute was formerly affiliated to Pune University but became a constituent college of Symbiosis International University in 2002.

SLS Pune offers Graduate, Post Graduate, Diploma and Certificate courses in various disciplines of legal studies. It has been selected by Ministry of Social Welfare, Government of India to award scholarships for SC/ ST students.

  • Applications for admissions have to be submitted online.
  • For admissions to five year Integrated LLB courses, candidates must have passed class 12th from a recognized board
  • Admissions to these courses will be through Symbiosis Entrance Test followed by SLS Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview
  • For admission to 3 year LLB course, candidates who have completed graduation are eligible to apply. Admissions will be through Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI).

SLS UG Admission

  • Symbiosis Law School offers five year course in legal studies offering dual Bachelor’s in Arts & Law and Business Administration & Law. Candidates applying for five year integrated courses must have appeared for Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET).
  • Qualifying candidates must appear for Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI) by SLS. Annual intake for the integrated courses is 300 students. Applicants must have successfully cleared Higher Secondary Examinations with at least 45% aggregate marks.
  • The institute also offers three year LLB course. Candidates who done Bachelor’s in any discipline with minimum 45% aggregate marks are eligible to apply. Admissions will be based on Written Ability Test (WAT) followed by Personal Interview (PI) and Writing Sample (WS) by SLS Pune.

SLS PG Admission

  • At post graduate level, SLS Pune offers two year LLM course for which the annual intake is 60 students. Applicants must hold three/ five year Bachelor’s in Law as minimum educational qualification for admissions.
  • At least 50% aggregate marks must be scored in the qualifying degree examinations. For admissions to the course, candidates must appear for Symbiosis All India Admissions Test (AIAT) followed by Personal Interview by SLS Pune.
