Post Graduate Diploma Programme in Management – Business Analytics (PGDM-BA).
The field of Business Analytics has assumed universal importance in the recent years, owing to the adoption of digital transformation strategy and what is termed as Industry 4.0 strategy. This has created a growing demand for managers with requisite business analytics skills to process large amount of data being collected and take effective business decisions based on it. The short-term courses offered in business analytics by many institutions are proving inadequate to meet the skills that are in demand. Hence it is the right time to launch a full term program to prepare and train the next generation managers for business and industry needs in respect of Business Analytics.
The analytics industry is also booming because of the large penetration of technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Sciences, Cloud Computing, internet of things, Blockchain etc., This has led to quantum jump in demand for Business Analytics professionals to solve complex business problem and make effective decision using various data analytics tools like Python, R, Tableau, SQL, Power BI, SPSS, Hadoop, and MapReduce.

Xavier Eligibility for PGDM
- Candidates must have a graduate degree in any field with a minimum cumulative GPA of 50% (45% in Reserved Categories).
- You may also apply if you’re a candidate awaiting your final year results. Such applicants must finish their degree exams by June 25 of the admission year, and they must provide documentation that they did so with a minimum passing score of 50% by September 30 of that same year.
- Candidates who have any outstanding graduation backlogs at the time of application are disqualified.
- Selection Standards for XIME Bangalore’s MBA/PGDM Program
- Based on their performance on the XAT, CAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, and GMAT exams, shortlisted applicants will be selected.
- Students must get a passing grade on each of the entrance exams.
- Shortlisted candidates must additionally participate in GD and PI sessions to be accepted.
