Indian & International Students
Eligibility
10+2 or equivalent (CBSE, I SC, IB, Cambridge, State Boards and other Govt. recognized boards) with minimum aggregate marks of 60%
GCE/IGCSE/GCSE examinations of the approved British Examination Bodies, with Minimum 5 (Five) subjects in A, B, C Grades including English at ORDINARY (“0”) Level and 2/3 subjects at ADVANCED (“A”) LEVEL has been equated with +2 stage qualification.
International Baccalaureate Diploma Courses — Candidates should secure 24 points with a minimum of three subjects at Higher Level (HL) and three subjects at Standard Level (SL).

Register for RVSAT 2023*
RVSAT is a national-level entrance exam for all UG and PG programmes.

RVU Selection Process
Depends on the course applied and RVSAT score obtained

Selection letter issued
Subjected to fulfilment of eligibility and admission criteria
4.
Programme Registration
On receipt of registration fee as specified in the selection letter

Provisional Admission Letter
Issued upon completion of the selection procedure

B-Tech Admission Process and fee Details Through KEA/CET/Govt Quota
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION.
- Original Admission Order issued by KEA.
- Originals of 10 th & 12 th Marks Cards.
- Original Transfer Certificate.
- If the student has qualified other than PU BOARD of Karnataka (PUC), then, they must compulsorily submit Original Migration Certificate.
- If a seat is claimed under category, then they must submit relevant category /Income/Rural/Kannada Medium/Hyderabad Karnataka / Sports / NCC/ Defense / J&K resident certificate, others.
- Photocopy of student Aadhar card
- Photocopy of PAN card and Aadhar card of parent.
- 3 sets of photocopy copies of the documents related to SL NO 1,2,3,4,5,6,7.
- SUBMIT 5 Recent color Passport size photographs & 2 Stamp size photograph.
STEP 1: Document Verification
- Allotment order must be obtained from KEA and receipt of fee paid to KEA.
- Report at Front desk, Administrative Block, RVU.
- Collect token for document verification.
- Verification of documents by admission team at computer lab SOEF block. Submit originals and 3 sets of photocopies to admission team and proceed to online entry.
STEP 2: Online entry to SLCM in computer lab, SOEF block
- Please bring soft copy (in pen drive /mail) of the 10 th , II PUC/ any equivalent, Aadhar card, TC , Migration certificate (Note: all images should be less that 150kb in PDF format) and passport size photo (20kb in jpeg format).
- After successful entry of the application form, printout of the application will be given, then, the candidate & parent must affix the signatures, submit the application form and DD to finance office at administrative block RVU.
STEP 3: Collect the acknowledgement and fee receipt
- After Submitting DD in the finance office, application form will be approved for candidature.
- Finally, obtain the acknowledgement for the submitted documents and the fee receipt for the payment of the fee.
