CMS Bangalore application form can be filled online by following the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Visit the official website of CMS Bangalore at www.cms.ac.in.

Step 2: Click on ‘Admissions’ and then on ‘How to Apply’.

Step 3: You will be redirected to a new page that gives brief instructions about the application process

Step 4: Select the relevant course to fill the application form online.

Note: Students applying for UG courses will be redirected to an online application form. Those seeking admission to PG courses will be redirected to Jain Entrance Test (JET) application form page.
