Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management (LBSIM Delhi) was established in 1995 by Shri Anil Shastri in memory of Bharat Ratna Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri. The pre-placement talk provides the recruiters as well as students a platform to interact with each other to gauge the synergy between students’ goals and recruiters’ requirements.

We have brought in an ERP System, wherein the detailed Job Description is shared with the students & they apply directly through the portal, which is taken as their expression of interest.

The Corporate Relations Cell then shares the profiles of the interested students with the recruiters and thereby schedules dates for the process in consultation with the company.

➥ The Selection Process

The selection process is then initiated at the campus online/offline as per the requirements & government mandates. The Corporate Relations Cell strives to ensure a smooth process for all the stakeholders, recruiters & the students, overseeing the infrastructural & logistics requirements.

➥ Communicating the offer

The Recruiters share the results with the Corporate Relations Cell, which is further communicated to the selected students. The students are available to join the organisation after the completion of Trimester 3 in case of summer internships and Trimester 6 in case of Final Placement.
