How to get admission to XLRI?

Students have to appear in the XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test) to take admission to XLRI, and that is usually conducted in the first week of January. This is the first step of admission, which is the same as CAT conducted by IIMs.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks from an authorized college or university.

Aditya Birla Scholarship: This scholarship is given to the programs HRM-II, HRM-I, BM-II, BM-I, and BM-IV. This is given to students on their merit records; the scholarship is paid to students for INR 175,000.

T Thomas: It is given by the company of their criteria, and they paid to student’s amount of INR 100,000.

Kalyan Ganguly XEF Scholarship: This scholarship is given to students every year amount of INR 100.000, and it is given to students on their merit-based basis as well as per their needs.

XLRI Diamond Jubilee Scholarship: The scholarship is given to 1^st and 2nd-year students who score well and are needed and the amount paid is up to 2,85,000. It is given to winners every year.

Alumni Scholarship: It is a platform where XLRI tries to give their initiatives, and the scholarship is given to 4 students from both GM and HRM, and they are awarded INR 150,000.

According to the XLRI Delhi Placement 2025 data, the highest domestic package offered was INR 75 LPA, the average package was INR 28.68 LPA, and the median package was INR 26.25 LPA.
