- A higher student who is qualified to apply must be a graduate student from a recognized school.
- Students who have completed graduation from any international university, the university should be approved by ICNOU/UGC/AIU. If not by these, it must be accepted by any other international association.
- Candidate must have a scored a minimum of 50% in graduation from a recognized board and university
- Candidate must have secured at least 50% in 10+2 from a recognized board.
