Points to Remember

Candidates with two or more years of post-qualification work experience will be preferred for all the Full-Time programs.

At the time of admission, a candidate has to produce semester-wise / trimester-wise / consolidated (only if the University / Institute does not issue individual mark sheets) mark sheets of all college years from which they graduated. Attestation by the Principal with an official seal is mandatory in case of internet copies of mark sheets.

The candidates, who have passed or have appeared for graduation examination from a university where Grade Point Average is given, must produce the equivalent percentage for the GPA/CGPA obtained in writing from the University concerned.

Selection Process

The final selection list is prepared based on the following 5 parameters:

  1. NMAT by GMAC™ scores
  2. Written Analytical Test (WAT)
  3. Psychometric Test
  4. Personal Interview
  5. Work Experience
  6. Academic Marks

The final selection list will be declared based on the weighted average score you get in these parameters.

Stage 1

The NMAT by GMAC™ test is a mandatory test for applying to the NMIMS University’s MBA programmes. This is the first stage to filter candidates for the selection process. The score of the NMAT by GMAC™ Test for all the NMIMS applicants will be submitted by GMAC electronically to NMIMS.

Stage 2

NMIMS will consider both your sectional and total NMAT scores for shortlisting. Make sure that you’ve applied to NMIMS programs; otherwise, your scores won’t be considered.

If you are shortlisted, the next step is to receive your call letter. This crucial document will be available on your candidate dashboard. Don’t forget to check your candidate dashboard regularly for updates. Call letters will not be sent via email or post.
