Management Quota Admission in RV College of Engineering. Established in 1963 with three engineering branches namely Civil, Mechanical and Electrical, today RVCE offers 12 Under Graduate Engineering programs, 16 Master’s Degree programs, and Doctoral Studies. Located 13 km from the heart of Bangalore City – the Silicon Valley of India, on Mysore Road.
The sprawling campus is spread over an area of 16.85 acres(16.43 guntas) set in sylvan surroundings. Provides an ideal ambiance to stimulate the teaching-learning process, helping in bringing out skilled and disciplined Engineers. Rated one of the top ten self-financing Engineering Institutions in the country.
The current annual student intake for Undergraduate Programmed & Post Graduate Programmed in Engineering is in excess of 1200.

B.E Engineering Admission in RVCE, Bangalore– 2024
Every year entrance exam is conducted for merit seat Admission in RVCE. COMEDK & Karnataka CET are the only entrance exams whose score is accepted by RVCE for seat allotment.
Karnataka CET or K-CET Entrance Exams: 2024
- Karnataka Common Entrance Test is a state-level entrance examination held for B.E engineering admission.
- 45% of the total seats in RV College is reserved for the Karnataka state students.
- KEA or Karnataka Exams Authority conducts the KCET entrance test
- The cut-off rank for RVCE through the K-CET exam varies for all different B.E programs.
- RV College’s annual tuition fee through the K-CET exam is ninety thousand per year.
COMED-K Entrance Exams: 2024
- COMEDK is conducted for B.E admission in Karnataka Unaided private engineering colleges.
- 30% of the total seats in RVCE are reserved for all state students including Karnataka students.
- COMED-K conducts an online entrance test for merit seat admission in RV College of Engineering.
- The cut-off rank for RVCE through the COMEDK exam varies for all different programs.
- RV college’s annual tuition fees through the COMEDK exam is two lakh per annum.
- The hostel accommodation charge is 1 Lakh 20 thousand per annum.
- You also have to pay 40 thousand per annum as a miscellaneous fee apart from the annual tuition fee.

Direct Admission in RV College of Engineering through Management Quota 2024
RVCE offers management quota for B.E, M.Tech & MCA Direct admission
The management quota seat is for a student who wants direct admission in RV College of Engineering.
If you haven’t scored a good rank in the entrance exams, you can take direct admission in RVCE.
You can get admission in RV College of Engineering by paying a higher tuition fee.
There are 25% reserved seats for admission in RVCE under the management quota.
The management quota seats are more costly than the normal merit seat.
But still, many students and parents are willing to pay for admission in RVCE under the management quota.
If you are not able to secure a good rank in the entrance exam due to:
1) Not prepared well for the entrance exams.
2) Difficult questions asked in entrance exams.
3) Health Issues.
RVCE Management Quota Admission Process– 2024
Document Verification: 2024
You must provide the essential documents to the college for verification. If you have scored marks as per the eligibility criteria for admission in UG or PG courses, you are eligible for admission.
Fee Payment: 2024
You must pay the first-year tuition fee and development fee to block a seat under the management quota. Fee and donation have to be paid in two separate demand drafts in favor of “Rashtreeya Sikshana Samithi Trust”.
Admission Allotment Letter 2024
:If you are booking a seat before the announcement of entrance exam results. The Admission allotment letter will be issued once you provide the entrance exam scorecard.
