Eligibility: PGDM-HRM
- At least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in both class X and XII.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum 3 years duration for PGDM, PGDM-HRM & PGDM-Business Analytics (Minimum 4 years duration for PGDM-IB), with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline from any University recognized by the AICTE/AIU/ Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
- Candidates appearing for the final examination for the Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent examination) and completing all requirements for obtaining the Bachelor’s degree.
- Applicants to the PGDM-IB program must possess a minimum of 1 year (one year) of work experience after completion of a minimum of 4 years of a Bachelor’s degree for the program.
- Candidates with 3 3-year bachelor’s degrees are not eligible for the PGDM-IB Programme.
Note-
MDI Gurgaon uses CAT scores for Indian Candidates for shortlisting the candidates for its programmes. Indian candidates can not apply on the basis of their GMAT score. IIMs have no role either in the selection process or in conducting the programme.
Please Note – Up to a maximum of 5% over and above the “Approved Intake” per Course shall be available under the tuition fee waiver scheme as per the AICTE guidelines.
PGDM-HRM Selection Process
Shortlisting of candidates for the WAT-GD-PI process will be done on the basis of the details provided in the application form and their CAT 2025 scores. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussion, Written Analysis Test, and Personal Interviews between February and April 2025 at a center in one of the following cities: Bangalore, Gurugram, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Mumbai. Centers other than Gurugram are tentative.
The final selection of the candidates will be based on the weightages of CAT-2024 scores, WAT-GD-PI, Academic merit, Academic diversity, Work experience, and social diversity, etc. MDI Gurgaon does not offer admission under any type of quota.
PGDM-HRM Process for NRI Applicants
NRI applicants may apply on the basis of their valid GMAT scores. Personal Interviews will be conducted for shortlisted candidates in the month of April 2025. Government of India (GOI) rules will be followed related to admission of these categories of candidates. GOI guidelines will be applicable when determining the status of applicants. NRI applicants have to make an online payment of INR8,496 (INR eight thousand four hundred ninety-six only) inclusive of 18% GST using Credit/Debit card/Net Banking.
Program-wise Seat Intake
Students should understand that there are limited seats in MDI and Gurgaon for PGDM courses, and the MDI management quota is limited to 10% only. Therefore, you should plan everything in prior and take the benefit of first-come first first-served. It’s not easy to get admission to MDI Gurgaon, even if you try for the MDI reserved seats. Therefore, it’s always advised to get in touch with an experienced admissions team.

Donation Seat Admission
